At Oak Street Village Shoppes, we offer affordable space and full-time employees to sell your antiques and collectibles. There are no required work days, however, we enjoy having our dealers come in frequently to work their booths and visit with their customers that stop by.
At Oak Street Village Shoppes there are no Contracts to sign and no Deposits required. Our rental rates are very reasonable with booth rent starting as low as $20.00 per month with a 5% commission of all sales to help defray advertising costs. Our $20.00 booth rental is located on one of the aisles in the Mezzanine area - divided into 4 foot sections. Each four foot section has four (4) shelves and is the perfect way to start up your business for only $20.00 per month plus our low commission which helps advertise our shop. We also appreciate, and highly encourage our dealers advertising their booths independently - afterall, people won't know you are there if you don't tell them. At Oak Street Village Shoppes, we can take care of your individual advertising needs for as little as $20.00 per month. Our friendly staff is on duty 6 days a week. Shop hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday - 10:00am - 5:00pm. Our dealers are always welcome to bring in new merchandise and visit with our customers. Sales checks are issued once a month along with a computer print-out of your items sold. All State Sales Taxes are filed and paid so you don't have to.
