Step back in time as you enter Oak Street Village Shoppes. Not only do we have a large inventory of those items that make you say "I remember having one of those", but we're housed in one of the most historical buildings in Downtown Palestine, Texas.

Our Antique and Collectible Mall began in 1892 as Hodges Dry Goods & Mercantile. Since that early beginning - there have been numerous other businesses that have called this building home. Included are several well known chains such as Woolworth, J. C. Penney, and K. Wolens. As you step inside you can't help but notice the lovely tin ceiling, and can rest assured that it's not a reproduction. You'll also see a 40 foot mural of an artist's interpretation of the Texas State Railroad on the wall of the 1200 square foot mezzanine. |
Come shop in a friendly atmosphere and you just might happen upon that childhood toy or any number of items that bring back memories of a time gone by. It's also reassuring to know that our dealers realize your dollar is as hard to come by as theirs' You'll be pleasantly surprised to find our prices are the most reasonable for miles around.
